The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting operational risk management within the branch, controlling and monitoring operations-planning related issues, and implementing Business Continuity Management-related activities. What you'll do:

As an Operational Risk Officer, you will be at the heart of our client's operations. Your primary responsibility will be to support the operational risk management of the branch, ensuring that all processes are controlled and monitored effectively. You will prepare and check operations planning-related reports, providing valuable insights that drive decision-making. Furthermore, you will assist in implementing Business Continuity Management-related activities, playing a key role in safeguarding the organisation's operations. Handling information assets securely and managing business operations according to established policies and procedures will also be integral parts of your role.

  • Support the operational risk management of the branch
  • Control and monitor operations-planning related issues
  • Prepare and check operations planning-related reports
  • Assist in implementing Business Continuity Management-related activities
  • Handle information assets in accordance with the information security standards, guidelines, and other rules related to information control
  • Handle business operations in accordance with policies and rules, standard procedures and manuals defined by the Bank

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Operational Risk Officer position brings a wealth of experience from working in banks or other financial institutions. You have hands-on experience with Operational Risk Management tools such as Control Self-Assessment and Business Continuity Planning. Your strong understanding of information security standards ensures that you can handle information assets responsibly. Your ability to manage business operations according to established policies demonstrates your commitment to upholding high standards of practice. With excellent communication skills, you can effectively report on operations planning-related issues. Your strong analytical skills enable you to monitor and control these issues effectively.

  • Experience working for banks or other financial institutions
  • Hands-on experience with Operational Risk Management (e.g., Control Self-Assessment, Business Continuity Planning)
