What you'll do:

As the Head of Financial Risk, your primary responsibility will be leading and managing various teams that support our client's Business Partners for a wide range of financial risk services. You will act as the main point of contact for audits, key control testing, and regulatory audits. Your excellent strategic planning skills will be crucial in driving strategic priorities and translating these into executable plans and actions. Your ability to identify synergies within teams will help drive transformation for scalability of services.

* Manage a team delivering financial risk services to other entities
* Ensure stakeholder relationships are well-managed
* Act as point of contact for audits, key control testing, and regulatory audits
* Drive strategic priorities and translate these into executable plans and actions
* Steer on the implementation of strategic changes for the organisational unit
* Transform services to become more efficient and generate savings for the domain
* Identify synergies within the teams and drive transformation for scalability of services
* Create high-performing teams, remove impediments for service delivery, and effectively manage issues or escalations
* Accountable for executing risk & control compliance and mitigation of business and operational risks; ensures regulatory compliance across the circle

As the Head of Financial Risk, you bring expertise in financial risk areas, specifically market risk and credit risk. You have experience in developing high-performing teams, empowering them to act autonomously while holding them accountable. Your strong communication skills coupled with your stakeholder management skills will enable you to excel in this role.
