* Optimise capital structure, funding strategies, and asset-liability management to support sustainable growth.
* Provide expert analysis on market trends and investment opportunities, supporting informed decision-making across the business.
* Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements from bodies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Philippine Dealing and Exchange Corporation (PDEx), Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other relevant authorities.
* Maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets, mitigate risks related to fraud or mismanagement, and uphold financial integrity.
* Lead the Treasury Operations team in delivering efficient, accurate, and compliant services while continuously improving performance metrics.
* Guide the preparation of timely financial statements, management reports, board presentations, and reporting on overseas investments.
* Foster strong relationships with regulatory bodies, auditors, financial institutions, and key stakeholders to ensure best practices are maintained.
