About the Trust Division Head (Confidential) Role:
In this role, you will be managing and growing the trust department team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and achieve specific team performance targets and objectives
• Monitor adherence with the corporate compliance and risk management policies and controls within the teams
• Oversee the administration of trust account portfolios and develops business relationships with clients
• Exercise operational oversight within the team and make sound operational decisions

To succeed in the Trust Division Head (Confidential) job, you will need to work effectively in leading a team and co-operatively with other department heads.

Key Requirements:

• At least five years of actual experience in trust operations
• At least three years of actual experience in trust operations and must have:
• Completed at least ninety (90) training hours in trust, other fiduciary business, or investment management activities acceptable to the Bangko Sentral
• Completed a relevant global or local professional certification programme
• At least five years of actual experience as an officer of a bank and must have:
• Completed at least ninety (90) training hours in trust, other fiduciary business, or investment management activities acceptable to the Bangko Sentral
• Completed a relevant global or local professional certification programme
