About the Head of Strategy Role:
In this business-critical position, you will be responsible for establishing key strategic priorities, translating them into a comprehensive strategic plan, and driving its execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a key advisor to Chief Executive Officer on critical changes in the competitive landscape, global marketplace, and external business environment
• Ensure that appropriate metrics are in place to measure performance and progress towards strategic goals

To succeed in this Head of Strategy role, you must have strong strategy orientation and previously held several business and operational roles in fast-paced and complex environments.

Key Requirements:

• Must have at least 15 years’ experience in strategic planning, business management, corporate leadership, and financial decision making
• Ability to apply a variety of strategic frameworks to analyse problems and to guide and develop solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively with key internal and external leaders, partners, suppliers, and customers
• Must have a strong working knowledge of management strategies, financial accounting, human resource planning, customer relations, and implementation of new technologies
