About the Investment Banking - Senior Director Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for both execution and origination of investment banking deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on multiple transactions and with multiple project teams simultaneously on all critical aspects of transactions, ranging from client development and initial opportunity evaluation to transaction strategy and execution
• Develop financial models for clients in the context of an M&A transaction
• Prepare financial and economic analyses for evaluating and completing transactions, as well as client presentations, information memoranda and offering documents
• Maintain frequent dialogue with M&A clients at appropriate level and attend meetings as required

To succeed in this Investment Banking - Senior Director role, you must have at least five years of prior experience in an advisory or investment banking role.

Key Requirements:

• Proven quantitative an analytical skills to develop financial models and valuations with a deep understanding of financial statement analysis
• Ability to build long-term, professional relationships that add value to the client and lead to expansion of the business
• Ability to simultaneously manage several projects in an extremely fast-paced environment in order to meet critical deadlines
• Knowledge of relevant financial and regulatory environments that surround M&A
