About the Chief Investment Officer Role:

Key Requirements:

• MBA or CFA
• At least 20 years of experience in investment banking, M&A projects and corporate strategy in the Philippines and in Asia
• Experience with being a principal investor is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, written skills and ability to liaise with people at all levels
• Well experienced and very knowledgeable in acquisition processes - from legal to financial aspects
• Broad business acumen and analysis skills
• Ability to set and drive an agenda and actions, and influence outcomes
• Experience with initial public offering and international work experience is advantageous
