What you'll do:
As a Crypto OTC Trader, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the company's crypto trading operations. You'll design workflows and systems that not only support OTC trading but also manage the firm's liquidity platform. Evaluating market conditions, executing trades, sourcing quotes, and ensuring regulatory compliance will be part of your daily tasks. You'll also be responsible for the PnL of the OTC trading desk and developing new client relationships. Your continuous improvement mindset will drive you to enhance our OTC trading workflow and processes.
- Design and operate workflows and systems to support OTC trading as well as manage our firm’s liquidity platform.
- Evaluate market conditions and volatility, execute trade while maintaining customer satisfaction and accounts.
- Source for quotes from the market and obtain the best execution for our clients.
- Ensure adequate record keeping to conform to regulatory requirements and regulations.
- Responsible for OTC trading desk PnL.
- Maintain and develop new client relationships for OTC trading.
- Further improve our OTC trading workflow and processes.
