Our client is seeking a highly skilled Asset and Liability Management (ALM) Business Analyst to join their international team. What you'll do:

As an ALM Business Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to deepen understanding of QRM, investigate issues, and explain figures within the system. You will act as a liaison between various entities globally, addressing their queries and recommending solutions. Your role will also involve implementing location-specific requirements onto QRM, ensuring changes are accurately documented and tested. As a safety guardian of IRRBB metrics, you will ensure all processes adhere to risk management standards.

• Act as the single point of contact for risk managers from various entities around the globe.
• Provide second line support for monthly processes.
• Investigate queries from entities and recommend solutions.
• Implement location specific requirements onto QRM (risk computation software), providing description of change and test evidence.
• Act as safety guardian of the IRRBB metrics.
• Foster automation of existing processes.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this ALM Business Analyst position brings strong knowledge of risk management methodology along with the ability to break down NPV and NII measures into risk factors. With at least 3 years experience within ALM or Interest Rate Risk Management, you have good working knowledge of ALM software like QRM, Fusion Risk, OneSumX or Moody's Analytics. Your experience with SQL Power BI, VBA and Agile (Scrum) way of working will be highly valued. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively liaise with various stakeholders. As a team player with problem-solving skills, you are proactive and always eager to learn.

• Strong knowledge of risk management methodology.
• Ability to break down NPV and NII measures into risk factors.
• Minimum 3 years experience within Asset and Liability Management (ALM) and/or Interest Rate Risk Management.
• Good working knowledge of any ALM software (i.e., QRM, Fusion Risk, OneSumX, Moody's Analytics).
• Experience with SQL Power BI, and VBA.
• Experience in Agile (Scrum) way of working is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with ability to liaise with stakeholders such as local risk management departments, finance, data teams, UAT team, and model developers.
• Team player with problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and eager to learn.
