Capital Formation & Strategic Partnerships Head - Real Estate

Our client is seeking a seasoned executive to spearhead the development and execution of their real estate capital formation strategy and foster enduring partnerships with top property developers in the Philippines. This strategic leadership role sits at the crossroads of real estate finance, capital markets, and business development. It's designed to unlock scalable property acquisition capacity and build lasting institutional relationships.

What you'll do:

As an SVP for Capital Formation & Strategic Partnerships, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our client's business.

• Design and launch innovative capital structures to support acquisition strategy
• Lead investor outreach and fundraising efforts across institutional LPs, family offices, and private wealth channels
• Manage the end-to-end fundraising lifecycle: term sheet development, diligence coordination, legal closing, and onboarding
• Identify and develop strategic relationships with major real estate developers to secure priority access to large-scale property pipelines
• Negotiate and structure JV agreements, pipeline arrangements, or exclusive acquisition partnerships that support volume and margin objectives
• Represent the company in key real estate and capital markets forums, building visibility with the investor community and public-private stakeholders

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in real estate private equity, investment management or capital markets
• Proven track record in fund structuring and capital raising
• Strong familiarity with the Philippine real estate ecosystem
• Demonstrated experience negotiating and closing complex joint ventures or strategic partnerships
• Solid experience managing Limited Partner relationships
• Highly strategic and analytical mindset
