Rise in salaries likely for accounting & finance experts in 2018

Active job seekers in the Philippines will be expecting pay rises of between 20-30%, finds our latest Salary Survey 2018.
Companies were active in hiring accounting and finance professionals in 2017. In 2018, the growing number of multinational companies setting up operations in the Philippines will generate high demand for finance candidates with strong accounting experience, leadership skills, sharp business acumen and good communications skills.
With finance moving out of the back office, businesses will also be looking for people with good exposure to sales and marketing teams.
This was among the key findings of the Robert Walters Salary Survey for 2018. The annual survey contains recruitment market updates, hiring advice and benchmarks salaries across our global markets.
