In order to win the war for talent, firms are strengthening their corporate structure and building more sophisticated HR frameworks. The best HR talent in the market will therefore be highly sought after.

This was among the key findings of our latest Salary Survey 2017

The report added that HR professionals with the ability to partner with line managers to implement talent development strategies will specifically remain in demand.

Employers are also set to seek HR experts skilled in talent acquisition and recruitment and the ability to make data-driven, strategic talent decisions.

Overall, job movers can expect salary increases of 20% and above.
