The report added that HR professionals with the ability to partner with line managers to implement talent development strategies will specifically remain in demand.
Employers are also set to seek HR experts skilled in talent acquisition and recruitment and the ability to make data-driven, strategic talent decisions.
Overall, job movers can expect salary increases of 20% and above.
