How are employees in the Philippines changing their perspectives on 'work'?

Almost two years into the global COVID-19 pandemic, organisations and professionals have come to accept and adapt to different processes and work routines.

Robert Walters Philippines surveyed professionals in the Philippines during late July 2021 to find out how employees have changed their perspectives on ‘work’ in the 'new normal'. Our compiled infographic below presents an invaluable insight into attracting, upskilling and bringing out the best in talent in the post-pandemic, hybrid workplace.
