About the Role:

The objective of Recruitment Services - GBS is to offer comprehensive recruitment solutions to RW, adhering to a standard framework and deploying suitable skills and capabilities, service management tools, and customised processes in line with GBS.

This is designed to ease RW consultants of administrative duties, allowing them to concentrate on primary recruitment tasks, ultimately aiding in the generation of candidate leads and revenue.

The Recruitment Services are categorised into Candidate Management and Placement Management. In the Candidate Management section, the team performs two key tasks: 1. Candidate Sourcing and 2. Candidate Record Management. In the Placement Management section, the team offers contract and compliance services.

So how do you fit into this?


Located in Manila, Philippines, our Candidate Record Management team supports the business by:

  • Formatting candidate CVs before they are sent to clients
  • Adding candidate information to a CRM application

We specialise in crafting and showcasing resumes, with the goal of assisting candidates in distinguishing themselves within competitive job markets.

Regions served: Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), Northeast Asia (NEA), Greater China (GCN), and Singapore (SG). We have a current team of 25 employees, which includes 3x Team Leads, and we are expanding our offerings to cover the rest of the global regions; so, this is a growing team with growing demands.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the Candidate Record Management Team and directly manage the Team Leads.
  • Serving as a primary contact for the Global Tower Head of Recruitment Services and offshore stakeholders.
  • Managing team turnover, recruitment, and promoting a strong work ethic to ensure delivery in accordance with SLA’s; you will be overall responsible for SLA delivery and dealing with stakeholders’ expectations.
  • Implementing and overseeing quality standards programs across the Candidate Record Management Team, working with your direct manager and local Continuous Improvement Team to ensure governance and compliance with GBS Standards

Who you are:

  • Background in managing recruitment teams within the Recruitment industry, with experience managing teams in Global Business Services (GBS) or shared services considered a plus.
  • Established skills in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
  • A data-oriented approach, using data analytics and reports to enhance channel efficiency and effectiveness, to deliver high-quality GBS recruitment services.
  • Proven experience in recruitment services within multinational corporations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and verbal/written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other software like PowerBI, Sharepoint.
