Candidate Record Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Updating and maintaining the candidate and client database (Profile and/or Zenith)
• Formatting resumes to a high quality, specific to the needs of our clients
• Assisting consultants and business support on a day to day basis Contribution to the writing, editing, proofreading and producing candidate summaries
• Communications with local Business Support Staff via Jira

Who you are:

• Attention to detail
• Business level English
• Proficient with Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel)
• Ability to prioritise requests and multi-task
