Our client is seeking a Senior HR Administrator to join their newly created team. As the Senior HR Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for HR queries, manage employee records in SuccessFactors, and ensure the consistent upkeep of HR Letters and employment contracts. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, innovative digital culture alongside enthusiastic and passionate colleagues.

What you'll do:

As a Senior HR Administrator, your role will be pivotal in providing administrative and systems support to people leaders, employees, and the HR teams globally. You will be responsible for managing employee records in SuccessFactors, including the consistent upkeep of PX Letters and employment contracts. Your excellent communication skills will be utilised as you interact with new candidates and local PX teams globally. Your attention to detail will shine through as you administer and maintain accurate employee records. Your strong administration skills will be put to good use as you provide general administrative support to the global PX team.

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing prompt, professional support to employees and managers.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support the global HR team, contributing to the company’s inclusive, innovative digital culture.
  • Communicate regularly with new candidates and local HR teams globally, supporting a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain and update Position Description templates and manage the template library.
  • Manage employee records in SuccessFactors, ensuring accurate and timely updates, including HR Letters and employment contracts.
  • Monitor the HR inbox, respond to inquiries in a timely manner, and follow up on any pending actions to support seamless HR operations.
  • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires complete necessary documentation and comply with internal requirements.
  • Prepare HR-related letters, contracts, and other documentation, upholding company standards and consistency.
  • Provide first-level guidance on SuccessFactors for employees, addressing user issues and improving accessibility.

What you bring:

As a Senior HR Administrator, you bring strong administration skills coupled with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Your strong customer service skills will enable you to effectively manage queries and build relationships with both internal teams and external candidates. Your high attention to detail will ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Previous experience in a similar role or with SuccessFactors or another HRIS platform would be advantageous.

  • Ability to work autonomously, with good judgment on when to escalate issues.
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to supporting employee needs.
  • Experience in People Experience (PX) administration or a similar HR support role is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in administration, including managing documentation and systems processes.
  • Previous experience working with SuccessFactors or a comparable HRIS platform is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with employees and team members.
