Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Regional HRIS Administrator with a focus on SuccessFactors. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a global team, providing essential support and maintaining high standards of compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding new employees, managing correspondence, preparing HRIS related documents, and ensuring the accuracy of employee records.

What you'll do:

As a Regional HRIS Administrator focusing on SuccessFactors, your role will be pivotal in supporting our global team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include onboarding new employees into our HRIS systems, managing correspondence efficiently, preparing necessary documentation, and maintaining accurate employee records. You'll also provide valuable administrative support to the team, communicate effectively with various stakeholders, maintain our Position Description library, and offer first-level support on the use of SuccessFactors. Your commitment to detail and strong administrative skills will contribute significantly to our operations.

  • Administer and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within SuccessFactors.
  • Deliver general administrative support to the global HRIS team to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Draft and prepare HRIS-related letters, contracts, and other documentation for the HR team.
  • Effectively communicate with new hires, candidates, and local HRIS teams across regions.
  • Maintain and update Position Description templates and an organized library of HRIS resources.
  • Manage and promptly respond to inquiries and requests within the team inbox, providing timely support.
  • Offer first-level support and guidance on the use of SuccessFactors for employees and managers.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new employees into the HRIS systems, ensuring all required paperwork is completed and compliant.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Regional HRIS Administrator role brings strong administrative skills coupled with excellent communication abilities. Your customer service orientation will be key in dealing with various stakeholders while your attention to detail ensures high levels of accuracy in all tasks. An ability to work autonomously and know when to escalate issues will be crucial for success in this role. Previous experience in PX administration and familiarity with SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms would be advantageous.
