About the role:

Reporting to the Temp Payroll Manager, this position will focus on providing administrative support for the temp contractor payroll team across Asia (e.g., Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • Send timesheet reminders to temp contractors
  • Follow up on outstanding timesheets
  • Save timesheets from outlook and client’s portal
  • Verify Expenses with Receipts
  • Download Invoices from Client’s portal
  • New starters creation in system
  • Record leaves in system
  • Export billing consolidation reports from system
  • Generate and save invoices from system
  • Combine timesheets/expenses to relevant invoice
  • Email standard invoices to clients
  • Save standard report from system
  • Support Audits – assist with audits by providing sample records and necessary documents.
  • Assisting the temp payroll team with other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Who you are:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll/admin/HR/Finance functions
  • Batchelor’s degree and good in Mathematics
  • Experience with HR/payroll software (e.g., Ramco) is preferable.
  • Highly responsive, with the ability to quickly absorb and process information
  • Organised and methodical, with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, applying logic and common sense to tasks
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Collaborative team player with a people-oriented approach
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines
  • Able to provide effective, professional and timely response to stakeholders
  • Confident, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment
