Function:

This position is key in supporting the UK office by providing a range of administrative services, including but not limited to compliance checks, tracking contractual obligations, reporting, and job postings. The role will help drive best practice methodologies and ensure smooth operations for the UK team

Responsibilities:

The UK Business Support Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the UK office through various
administrative tasks. The incumbent will be expected to take ownership of the following:

  • Coordinate administrative and legal requirements for both new and existing contract placements, ensuring necessary insurance is in place, completing comparator checks, and tracking contractual obligations, all in line with internal and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Assist in monitoring records through Zenith (CRM) to ensure that all client, candidate, and placement details are accurate and complete.
  • Provide support during the quarterly audit process for all temporary staff in the UK.
  • Support marketing initiatives to increase lead generations
  • Assist the Operations team in multiple data-driven business development projects across the region


Local requirements:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Proven experience in a high-volume administrative environment.
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated initiative and the ability to complete tasks independently.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills to interact with clients, candidates, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Uncompromising integrity and professionalism, particularly when dealing with Robert Walters’ staff, candidates, and clients.
  • Strict confidentiality in handling all projects and conversations due to the sensitive nature of the role.
