Executive Assistant

- Manage the Country Head’s calendar by scheduling meetings, organising travel arrangements, and processing expense reports to ensure efficient use of time.
- Coordinate appointments with internal and external stakeholders while preparing meeting agendas, recording minutes, and tracking follow-up actions for accountability.
- Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion while maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of executive support.
- Support the planning and execution of management team meetings as well as engagements with external partners such as distributors, agencies, government offices, and trade associations.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and communications tailored for headquarters as well as regional and local audiences.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor project milestones, and maintain country performance dashboards to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives by liaising between departments including Marketing, Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and Human Resources on behalf of the Country Head.
- Facilitate clear communication between the Country Head and internal teams to ensure alignment on priorities and timely completion of tasks.
- Draft correspondence such as letters and memos for both internal distribution and external communication needs.
- Provide logistical support for special projects including affiliate setup activities, compliance programmes, new product launches, audits, inspections, conferences, town halls, employee engagement events, and visits from external delegations.
