An Assistant HR Manager has recently opened at a multinational company based in Makati. You have the excellent opportunity to supervise a team of HR generalists, while reporting to a Senior HR Manager.
About the Assistant HR Manager Role:
Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the Assistant HR Manager will play a key role in the HR team's continued development and success.
- Executing day to day HR Operational needs of the entire organisation
- Coordinating with the HR Generalists to ensure that all business units’ HR related concerns are being handled
- Leading the compensation and benefits review, and updating the salary structure if needed
- Taking charge of all the HR analytics reporting of the organisation (e.g. attrition, employee relations, employee engagement, etc.)
To be successful in the role, you must have strong stakeholder management experience.
- Have at least 10 years of experience in the HR field
- Proven experience in HR analytics, job evaluations, and reporting
- Strong employee relations background
- Exposure to both BPO and non-BPO industries is preferred
