Total Rewards (CoE) Expert

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Total Rewards Expert to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, implementing, and owning people solutions. What you'll do:

As a Total Rewards Expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's Performance & Reward strategy. You will be responsible for addressing P&R related benefits, compensation, and performance management requests promptly. Your expertise will be crucial in aligning requests with colleagues outside the COE for deliverables not within your scope. You will also manage third-party vendors ensuring accreditation, contracts, billings, payments are aligned within standards. Your ability to provide escalated support from Local People Services for stream-specific policies will be highly valued. You will drive consistent service delivery within your stream while identifying areas of improvement. Your analytical skills will be put to good use as you conduct annual market surveys and analyse reward strategies.

  • Address Performance & Reward related benefits, compensation, and performance management requests received in Workday and ServiceNow in a timely manner
  • Make proper alignment of requests to colleagues outside the Center of Excellence (COE) for deliverables which are not within the scope of the stream to the correct process owners
  • Provide and create reports or ad-hoc reports from various requests to meet the service delivery requirements
  • Manage and coordinate Third Party Vendors on the services needed
  • Provide escalated support from Local People Services for stream specific policies and processes that may require coordination with the Lead People Services
  • Drive consistent, standardized, and effective service delivery within the stream
  • Identify areas of improvement, communicate process feedback, propose suggestions, and actively participate in a variety of projects to improve existing overall stream functions
  • Conduct and complete the annual market survey benchmarking on industries the organization is participating
  • Analyze new and existing rewards strategies and make use of data and analytics to create programs and policies to attract, engage, and retain employees
  • Design, build, implement, and own people solutions in Performance & Reward
  • Serve as the resident subject matter expert for all compensation, benefits, benchmarking and other areas in total rewards
  • Collaborate in the design and implementation of a Total Rewards education & communication strategy

What you bring:

The ideal Total Rewards Expert will bring a wealth of HR experience, specifically in Total Rewards Design & Implementation. You will have an in-depth understanding of Total Rewards, Performance Management, and Organization Design and Effectiveness. Your strength in critical thinking will enable you to strategically assess the effectiveness of current programs in achieving organizational objectives. Your experience in conducting studies for the design and development of programs related to Compensation, Benefits, Rewards, Mobility, and policy creation will be highly valued. Your knowledge of Workday Advanced Compensation and your strong analytical & problem-solving skills will be crucial to your success in this role.

  • 5 to 8+ years broad experience in HR including Total Rewards Design & Implementation
  • In-depth understanding of Total Rewards, Performance Management and Organization Design and Effectiveness
  • Strength in critical thinking and can strategically assess the effectiveness of current programs in achieving organizational objectives
  • Experience in conducting studies using various means both externally and internally in the design and development of programs related to Compensation, Benefits, Rewards, Mobility and policy creation
  • Strength in industry benchmarking, networking and is well-informed of the latest industry practices
  • Knowledge and know-how on Workday Advanced Compensation
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to draw insights from data
