Total Rewards Manager
As a Total Rewards Manager, you will play an instrumental role in shaping how employees are recognised, rewarded, and retained within the organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design frameworks that address every aspect of total rewards—from compensation structures to innovative benefit offerings.
- Conceptualise and develop comprehensive total rewards frameworks covering compensation, incentives, benefits, retirement plans, engagement initiatives, and other related programmes to enhance employee experience.
- Devise innovative yet cost-effective strategies for total reward plans that balance talent attraction and retention with business sustainability goals.
- Collaborate extensively with business units to create and implement compensation and benefits solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
- Design engaging training materials, educational resources, and communication campaigns to ensure successful implementation of total rewards programmes across the organisation.
- Continuously build upon and refine existing compensation programmes such as salary structures, incentive schemes, retention initiatives, and executive packages to remain competitive in the market.
- Conduct regular networking activities and benchmarking exercises with industry peers or target markets to inform best practices in total rewards management.
- Facilitate effective roll-outs of new or updated total rewards programmes through workshops, training sessions, and multiple communication channels to maximise reach and understanding.
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to implement total rewards initiatives and address any related issues within the business units.
- Develop robust internal operating procedures and controls for administering various aspects of total rewards including compensation, benefits, mobility, and recognition programmes.
- Leverage analytics and data-driven insights to evaluate programme effectiveness and provide informed input into budgeting processes as part of strategic planning.
