An exciting opportunity as a Senior HR Generalist has become available for an investments company based in Makati and BGC. This is a role for a person who has a generalist background, and has extensive experience in establishing HR processes, specifically in the start-up scene.
About the Senior HR Generalist Role:
In this role, you will be working with a very dynamic, close-knit team. You will be coordinating with the business units of the organisation, and manage daily HR operations and functions. You must be a person who will be able to offer best practices to the organisation, able to work with minimal supervision, and can take the lead for certain functions of the whole business.
Advise company employees across different entities in the Philippines on HR matters, help to manage the HR Employee Life Cycle, from hiring to exit. In addition, be the go-to person to formulate strategies to boost employee engagement.
Be the Talent Acquisition lead for the company. This includes sourcing and identifying talent in the market and managing the expectations of stakeholders and external vendors. Assisting the HR Head with strategic group level hiring, particularly in sourcing key talents across the region for a wide array of roles, and the management of the internship program across all entities is needed as well.
Compensation & Benefits
Coordinate and work with third-party vendors to ensure employee compensation is well-positioned against competitors across all markets and roles, assisting in modelling variable compensation, and ensure that the company benefits programs is top-notch, helping to formulate company offerings to employees on an annual basis.
Partner with different units to understand resourcing and manpower needs, helping to manage performance reviews and KPI-setting for employees. Most importantly, formulating career development plans for each of the business units, as well as taking part in succession planning discussions.
Maintain overview of payroll for our local and internationally based employees, using an HRIS system, ensuring all statutory payments of the Philippines are made accurately and timely. Go-to person for the new HRIS system, making sure that data held and stores is both accurate and complete.
To be successful in this role, you must have a very proactive attitude when it comes to doing your work. You must also be able to create and implement the company’s code of conduct, culture, and best practices. Good time-management, coordination with business units, and being able to consult with senior management will also help you be successful in this role.
