HR Business Partner (Manager)

An exciting HR Business Partner (Manager) job has become available at a global energy company with PH office located at Makati.

About the HR Business Partner (Manager) Role:
In this role, you will be a strategic partner to support the growth and success of the trade business in SEA and take care of the HR operations for the Philippines entity. This position could also potentially take the lead on one of the APAC regional centres of excellence, reporting directly to the Managing Director in the Philippines as well as Head of HR APAC based in Bangkok.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Business Partnership with Trade teams in SEA countries

• Partner closely with leaders to translate the business strategy into people strategy and execution in trade teams across SEA countries (Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam and Malaysia)
• Partner with HR COE to identify and implement people priorities that support the organisational goals
• Support and coach leaders and employees on HR topics
• Help foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the trade team
• Design, monitor, and measure HR metric/KPIs dashboards and provide relevant reporting and analytics to the management

HR Operations Philippines

• Ensure the day-to-day operations of HR in the Philippines (talent acquisition, performance management, payroll, onboarding and offboarding)
• Implement HR strategies and initiatives in accordance with the guidelines from global and regional headquarters

To be successful in this HR Business Partner (Manager) role, you must have exposure in setting up HR department, and most importantly have regional/global exposure and have successfully created key initiatives for the department/company.

Key Requirements:

• At least 10 years of relevant HR experience in a global MNC environment (experience working with HR COE structure, HRBP and local HR managers is an advantage)
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in administration, laws or HR
• Experience as an HRBP and managing the full employee cycle
• Experience with the implementation of an HRIS is an advantage
• Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles and initiatives simultaneously
• Ability to manage and interact with international stakeholders on a regional scope
