An exciting HR Manager job has become available in a leading e-commerce and sports company in BGC, Taguig. This role handles responsibilities across the HR areas by ensuring quality conditions of employment and creating good human relations in the workplace.

About the HR Manager Role:
The HR Manager is in charge of developing and implementing HR operations, supporting business and company objectives, working culture, and talent management in order to cope with company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible/accountable for working with line manager, head of unit to prepare position profiles for company. Setting up recruitment plan (including headhunter management), implement and evaluate tools result in order to recruit high-calibre staff and meet business requirement
  • Responsible/accountable for ensuring a consistent approach to personal in company
  • Monitor condition of employment and disciplinary codes
  • Responsible/Accountable for setting up HR Objectives, cascade down into department and individual objectives and KPI. Train, develop and coach HR team to ensure their objective’s achievement
  • Responsible for agreement with HRD/BOD on department structure as well as manning relating to company’s successional needs
  • Responsible/Accountable for preparing budget, plan with HRD/BOD to ensure staff has adequate training, benefit to fulfil their job, right of human. Monitoring an appropriate system of performance assessment relating to staff working objective as well as identify career development and future training needs
  • Responsible/Accountable for ensuring local payroll administration to be accurate and timing, maintain relationships with local government official and community

To succeed in this HR Manager role, you must have experience with start up companies and strong background on HR as a generalist.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field with a minimum of five years' direct working experience in HRM
  • Good common of spoken and written in English, computer literate
  • Professional/Technical competencies (state specific knowledge, skill and experience critical for the job)
  • Knowledge of local labour and labour practices
  • Knowledge and good understanding of human resources management concepts, philosophies and principles, experience in Tech/Non-tech recruitment, employee training and development, compensation, benefit and relevant programmes
