About the HRIS Specialist Role:
In this role, you will work with a productive and lively Digital HR Team that supports and manages HR systems of all company users globally. The role is vital in ensuring the implementation of the corporate wide projects and enhancing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serves as a go-to expert in two or more of the SuccessFactors module
- Manages specialist and complex cases and requests
- Drafts and reviews user guides, project documentations, system configuration workbooks, UAT scripts, knowledge articles, etc.
- Assesses functional and technical change requests; challenges the business; manages authorisations
- Support projects and initiatives across the organisation
- Manages system releases and scheduled system upgrades and perform system acceptance testing and analysis
- Manage tasks and following standard operating procedures (SOPs)/Knowledge Based Articles (KBAs)
- Recommends process modifications or improvements as appropriate
- Contributes to a culture of service excellence and support continuous improvement
To thrive in this HRIS Specialist role, you must have a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, Data Analyst, or any related course.
Key Requirements:
- Good understanding of HR processes, HR systems or data analysis with at least five years' of relevant working experience in HR, HRIS (HR Information System), HR Business analysis or HR project management
- SuccessFactors experience as solution architect or system admin or super user is an advantage
- One SAP Success Factors certification is a must and any other HRIS certification is an advantage
- Deep focus on customer service, employee experience, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
- Agility and eager to learn HR systems and to obtain system certifications
- Proficiency in English both written and verbal
- Adept with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Flexibility in working in alternative schedule or shift
