The ideal candidate is responsible for doing business partnership in the assigned line of business (LOB) and implementing and managing the human resources functions under the assigned LOB.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement change management initiatives
• Create strategic programs in partnership with the business that will add value to the organisation
• Partner with business leaders and other HR business partners on people and talent strategy and implementation

To be successful in this HR Business Partner job, you have to work closely with the HR Director, fellow HRBPs under Centre of Excellence, HR Experts and Process Managers from Europe and Business Leaders within the organisation.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder for human resources or any related course
• At least 10 years of experience in HR
• Strong organisational, communication and conflict resolution skills
