An exciting Senior People Officer job has become available in a leading insurance company in Makati. If you have experience handling end to end HR functions and looking for career advancement in the field, this role is for you.
About the Senior People Officer Role: The Senior People Officer handles the end-to-end HR function and coordinates with regional counterparts for business growth and direction.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and develop department accountabilities and ensure job descriptions are aligned to each role
Manage the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties for the Philippines
Lead the recruitment and selection process from sourcing to onboarding
Assist with managing the training and development programmes across the business and delegating tasks to responsible HR employees
Manage the process for the overall compensation and benefits for the organisation
Provide insights and stay up-to-date on relevant industry trends and employment legislations to ensure organisational compliance
Liaise with all departments to provide feedback and analysis of department requirements in terms of staffing, structure and employee needs
Assist with employee disputes and performance reviews as and when required
To succeed in this role, you must have strong competencies on talent acquisition, compensation and benefits and business partnering.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or any other related field
Five or more years’ experience in a management role
Excellent reporting and document management skills
Administration experience with exposure dealing with queries, problem solving and ad hoc projects
Excellent organisational and administration skills
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with ability to assist with problem solving
Able to work alone on a broad variety of projects
