About the HR Manager Role:
The successful candidate will champion strengthening business partnerships, driving strategic talent management, facilitating change management as change agent, utilising data-driven decision-making, promoting employee experience and well-being, integrating technology, ensuring ethical and legal compliance, and leading strategic HR planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strengthen business partnerships by understanding organisational goals and strategies, and developing HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with departments to support their HR requirements, providing HR consultations and advice
• Lead strategic talent management initiatives, including attracting, developing, and retaining top talent
• Drive change management efforts and promote adaptability within the workforce
• Collect and analyse HR data, generate reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for improving HR strategies
• Foster a positive employee experience and prioritise employee well-being. Drive initiatives related to diversity and inclusion and learning and development at the human side
• Introduce and integrate technology to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency
• Ensure ethical and legal compliance within the organisation. Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, handling employee relations matters as necessary
• Develop and implement long-term HR strategies aligned with organisational objectives, as well as regional and global HR strategies
• Stay updated on HR technology trends and identify opportunities for integrating technology into HR processes

To succeed in this HR Manager role, you must have experience handling performance management, change management and strategic planning and execution for people organisation.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (preferably in HR management or related discipline)
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in HR management or business partnership roles
• Strong understanding of labour laws, regulations, and HR best practices
• Proven track record in implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work in a team
• Project management and time management abilities
