An exciting Junior Compliance Manager job has become available in a leading pharmaceuticals company in Taguig. The successful candidate will manage the regulatory compliance of the healthcare unit to comply with local regulations, management compliance strategy to build quality and security into the product life cycle.
About the Junior Compliance Manager Role: The Junior Compliance Manager manages the overall compliance function for the healthcare unit. This includes working with the operational teams, conducts audits, provides input into training and quality investigations to ensure regulations, client QMS and business critical expectations are satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the business unit’s main contact person for compliance-related topics towards internal and external stakeholders
Review and approve (deny, clarify) all HCP and HCO related liquidations, reimbursements, payments and other related activity requests
Lead and/or participate in any compliance related spot checks and investigations in Healthcare Unit and report material and non-material violations to country compliance
Conduct coaching sessions, onboarding training and refresher training for compliance
Collaborates with the Regional Compliance team for the management and implementation of new systems, processes, standards, enhancement initiatives, and projects
Participate in Commercial activities (e.g. plan of action, meetings) to ensure that sales and marketing plans are in accordance with Compliance policies prior implementation and execution
Support the business unit in presenting the company's compliance programme to clients, if requested and required
Report financial interests provided to HCPs and HCOs to FDA via the FDA website
To succeed in this Junior Compliance Manager role, you will need recent and practical experience in quality and compliance management in pharmaceutical environment and solid experience in auditing and report writing.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Automation, or equivalent
Minimum of 10 years' experience in biotechnology/pharmaceutical/process industry with people management
Knowledge in pharmaceutical manufacturing, cGMP, and safety regulations
Experience in validation and qualification of equipment, utilities, and facilities
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
Fluency in English
Lean methodology experience preferred
