An exciting Admin Manager job has become available in a leading FMCG company in Taguig. The successful candidate will work with the General Manager to establish a leading FMCG/cosmetics line in the Philippines.
About the Admin Manager Role: The Admin Manager will support goals, deadlines, and projects for the company. The successful candidate will develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operations and function, and monitor procures needed supplies for office, reception, mailroom, and kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
Admin
Schedule appointments, meetings, and handles special events
Monitor daily time records and leave schedules of personnel
Organises and stores paperwork, prepares documents, contracts, and computer-based information
Responsible for maintaining, updating, and safely storing all important documents at the site office
Handle and screens incoming telephone calls, mails, and messages
Monitor stocks, office supplies, and office equipment in the managed property
Accounting
Apply your basic knowledge in accounting, including checking, collecting input invoices, and issuing invoices
Manage the information bank/precedents system (including legislation, advice, precedents, marketing files, and client/matter files)
Liaise with relevant government authorities as required
Work with the Accounting agency to check monthly reports, including finance, salary, and bank transactions
To succeed in this Admin Manager role, you will need experience setting up operations from the ground up.
Key Requirements:
Fluency in both oral and written English
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent typing and computer skills (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
