About the HR Manager (Bulacan - On-site) Role: This HR Manager (Bulacan - On-site) is responsible for leading HR strategies as well as day-to-day HR operational responsibilities. The HR Manager acts as a HR generalist and will advise people managers on staffing, compensation, employee relations, performance management, development, employee programmes, HR policies, and procedures.
This HR Manager works closely with the President and CFO on all HR initiatives and direction.
Key Responsibilities:
Build up and maintain a close relationship with internal customers to ensure that business needs are taken into consideration in initiating and developing people initiatives
Work closely with management team in workforce planning, structuring, and developing their respective teams and support agreed action plans
Lead and maintain the personnel cost and yearly compensation review process while closely aligning with regional and team
Take charge of the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding as well as other activities that are related to human resource management
Provide the support in terms of creating the market competitiveness in compensation and benefits to retain key employees and attract talents
Recommend, implement, and update guidelines and policies to ensure relevant HR policies/practices are up to date while complying with local requirements
Lead and manage recruitment processes from sourcing, interviewing, compensation negotiation, and delivering the feedback to the candidates to ensure the positive candidate experience
Manage the monthly payroll, local benefit programmes, HRIS (Workday) and monthly HR report where needed
To be successful in this HR Manager (Bulacan - On-site) role, you must have exposure in human resources - covering end-to-end employee life cycle - both internal and third-party employees.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years' HR experience, preferably in an FMCG/manufacturing setup
Knowledge in local employment laws and practices
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Ability to exercise a high degree of professionalism and diplomacy in interactions with all levels of the organisation
Strong work ethic; self-motivated with a desire to take initiative and look for ways to improve processes and create efficiencies
Highly adaptable to a fluid and ever-changing work environment
Able to collaborate with others and build trust and credibility and the ability to work in a team environment
Readiness to report to Bulacan offices (Meycauayan and Marilao)
