About the HR Manager Role: The role entails working with a lean and collaborative team to develop strategies in recruitment and employee branding. You must be able to offer best recruitment practices to the organisation and work with people from different levels of the organisation.
Leads the creation of HR road map and strategies to support business objectives
Oversees planning, implementation and evaluation of talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, HR services and organisational development functions
Ensures efficiency and effectiveness in the design and delivery of the day-to-day HR services based on a clear understanding of business needs, strategy and people management implications
Coaches HR leaders and staff in all facets of HR
Formulates reviews and recommends improvement of the company’s HR policies, procedures, and policies to the Secretariat Committee
Collaborates with the company’s leaders on people issues and concerns
Mentors leaders about leadership and engagement style that supports the company values and enhances morale and motivation of employees
Administers the company’s performance management process specifically for management positions
Guarantees continuity in the talent pipeline through identification of high potential employees for succession or leadership positions
Manages confidential payroll including payroll adjustments, clearances, COEs queries, and request of managers on salary matters
Assesses and formulates recommendations on internal and industry salary and benefits alignment
Reviews cases and discusses with Plant Managers and Resident Managers on disciplinary action as a member of the Disciplinary Committee
Checks company compliance with labour laws
Ensures participation of the company on external affairs
Ensures preparation, checking, consolidation and submission of work-related reports
Performs other related tasks assigned from time to time
To succeed in this HR Manager role, you must be have a good working relationship with peers and executives, people management skills, and be able to act without guidance.
Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience as an HR generalist (essential)
Extensive background in talent acquisition and employee branding
Open to a 100% work on-site
Bachelor’s degree holder in Psychology, Management, Human Resources of any related field
Deep understanding of PH Labour Law and employment equity regulations
Efficient HR administration and people management skills
Excellent knowledge of HR functions and best practices
Remarkable organisational and conflict management skills
