Provide comprehensive support in coordinating and implementing key initiatives and special projects, driving innovation and operational excellence
Stakeholder Management and Communication:
Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives
Prepare executive briefings, reports, and presentations, synthesising complex information for strategic decision-making
OperationalEfficiency and Optimisation:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational optimisation, working closely with department heads to streamline work flows and enhance organisational efficiency
Oversee the development and implementation of policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork across departments, facilitating cross-functional initiatives and ensuring effective communication channels among various teams
Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives, providing regular analysis and insights to senior leadership
To succeed in this Chief of Staff role, you must have great communication skills and the ability to think and act fast, represent the CEO and company, and handle top executives from different organisations.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (master's degree preferred)
Proven experience of at least six years' in a strategic leadership role within the insurance or financial services industry
Strong understanding of insurance industry regulations, compliance, and market trends
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving organisational change initiatives
Analytical mindset with a track record of implementing strategic plans that drive measurable results
Excellent customer service orientation
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
High attention to detail and accuracy
