What you'll do:

As the Human Resources Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation. What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Director role brings proven experience in a similar leadership position within HR. You possess an in-depth understanding of all HR functions, from talent management to recruitment. Your knowledge of labour laws and disciplinary procedures is comprehensive. Proficiency in MS Office is expected, while familiarity with HRMS would be advantageous. Your exceptional organisational skills enable you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality. Your strong leadership abilities are matched by your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which allow you to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.

  • Proven experience as an HR Director or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment etc.)
  • Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
  • Outstanding organisational and leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
