What you'll do:

As a Senior Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's organisation. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters, building robust relationships with stakeholders and resolving escalated issues promptly. Your role will involve implementing various programmes aimed at enhancing employee engagement and promoting diversity & inclusion. You will also be responsible for facilitating people programmes by coaching line stakeholders on their responsibilities and deliverables. Your ability to perform employee onboarding and offboarding professionally and efficiently will be crucial in this role. Furthermore, you will be involved in end-to-end recruitment processes, particularly for niche technical profiles.

  • Address and resolve escalated issues and risks swiftly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Conduct thorough and professional onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for new hires and departing employees, and analyzing attrition trends to inform retention strategies.
  • Facilitate employee engagement and development programs by coaching line managers and stakeholders on their roles and responsibilities, ensuring they are equipped to deliver on program objectives.
  • Maintain accountability for all HR processes impacting the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, leave management, offboarding, policy implementation, career transitions, and performance management, ensuring these processes are conducted efficiently and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, with a particular emphasis on identifying and hiring candidates for niche technical roles, ensuring the organization attracts top talent.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries, fostering strong relationships with stakeholder groups and key individuals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Support the implementation of comprehensive engagement, recognition, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and Diversity & Inclusion programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Senior Human Resources Manager position brings a wealth of HR experience, particularly in business partnering. You have a proven track record of building robust relationships with stakeholders and thriving in complex matrix organisations. Your experience working with Unions will be highly beneficial in this role. As a detail-oriented individual, you are able to work independently with minimal supervision. Your ability to present effectively and communicate with diverse audiences is crucial. Furthermore, your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will enable you to excel in this role.

  • A minimum of 8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in business partnering, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of human resources practices and strategies.
  • Ability to cultivate strong and enduring relationships with stakeholders, adapting seamlessly to the dynamics of a complex matrix organization, especially within a multinational organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability, and willing to engage in full-time remote work arrangements when necessary.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in delivering compelling presentations and effectively communicating with diverse audiences, coupled with extensive experience in collaborating with unions and a deep understanding of industrial relations principles and practices.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a capacity to operate autonomously with minimal oversight, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all endeavors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with a preference for familiarity with Success Factors or similar HR software platforms, indicating a capacity for leveraging technology to streamline HR processes.
