This role offers an exciting opportunity to guide business stakeholders on HR issues such as strategic planning, developing organisational strategies, and analysing requirements for talent acquisition, recruiting, and onboarding. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for HR matters, managing relationships with key individuals and resolving escalated issues promptly.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a pivotal role in guiding business stakeholders on key HR issues. You will be responsible for strategic planning, developing organisational strategies, and analysing requirements for talent acquisition, recruiting, and onboarding. Your role will involve managing relationships with key individuals and resolving escalated issues promptly. You will also support the implementation of all engagement, recognition, CSR and DE&I programmes. Your ability to facilitate employee engagement and people programmes by coaching line stakeholders will be crucial to your success in this role.

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all HR matters, fostering strong relationships with stakeholder groups and key individuals to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Engaging in end-to-end recruitment processes, with a particular focus on sourcing and hiring niche technical profiles to ensure the organization attracts top talent.
  • Executing employee onboarding and offboarding processes with professionalism and efficiency, including the analysis of attrition trends to inform retention strategies.
  • Facilitating employee engagement and development initiatives by coaching line stakeholders on their roles and responsibilities, thereby enhancing overall program effectiveness.
  • Maintaining accountability for all HR processes affecting the employee lifecycle, including disciplinary actions, grievance handling, leave management, offboarding management, onboarding, performance management, policy implementation, and career transitions, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Promptly addressing and resolving escalated issues and risks to mitigate potential disruptions to operations.
  • Providing support for the implementation of comprehensive engagement, recognition, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) programs, aligning them with organizational objectives.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role brings a wealth of HR experience in business partnering. You are adept at building robust relationships with stakeholders and can thrive in a complex and matrix organisation. Your experience working with Unions will be highly beneficial in this role. As a detail-oriented individual, you have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Your skills in effective presentation and communication will enable you to engage diverse audiences effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and familiarity with Success Factors would be advantageous.

  • A minimum of 5 years of HRBP experience with a combination in HR Project Management.
  • Proven ability to cultivate strong and enduring relationships with stakeholders, adapting seamlessly to the dynamics of complex and matrix organizations.
  • Hands-on experience in collaborating with unions, indicating a deep understanding of industrial relations principles and practices.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences, showcasing excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with HR software such as Success Factors is advantageous.
