What you'll do:

As the Head of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the Branch HR strategy that aligns with our business objectives. Your role will involve maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing strategic guidance to senior management on HR-related matters, and overseeing key annual HR processes. You will also drive organisational change initiatives in partnership with the HR Leadership Team/Branch Management. Your leadership will ensure smooth and timely delivery of HR operations.

  • Develop, implement, and lead the Branch HR strategy that aligns with the branch business strategy
  • Ensure Branch HR policies and practices are up-to-date with current market trends and in compliance with local laws and regulations
  • Deliver within budget forecast/target for Branch HR while ensuring cost-effective management of HR services
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within entity and externally
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management in the Branch on HR-related matters
  • Lead to deliver key annual HR processes including compensation review, performance management, talent management, and employee engagement
  • Drive and manage organisational change initiatives in partnership with HR Leadership Team/Branch Management to implement effective change process
  • Oversee the team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of HR Operations

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Head of Human Resources position brings a wealth of experience from the financial institution industry. With at least 10 years under your belt, you have proven experience in strategic HR planning and implementation. Your strong stakeholder management skills enable you to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to influence others and sell HR solutions. Your coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills are top-notch, enabling you to manage a team effectively. Lastly, your in-depth knowledge of all HR disciplines will be crucial in this role.

  • Degree qualified with at least 10 years of relevant experience in the financial institution industry
  • Proven experience in strategic HR planning and implementation
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence others and sell HR solutions
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills to manage a team
  • In-depth knowledge of all HR disciplines including but not limited to Recruitment, Employment Relations, Rewards, Organisational Development and Training
