What you'll do:

As the Chief People Officer for our client's organisation, you will play a critical leadership role responsible for building and scaling their talent pipeline. You will be tasked with fostering a high-performance culture while designing comprehensive people strategies that align with their growth objectives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading talent acquisition efforts for top-tier software developers, AI specialists, and digital marketing experts. You will also be instrumental in defining the organisation's culture through the implementation of training programs that promote continuous learning. Your role will also involve leveraging data analytics to inform strategic decisions related to talent acquisition, engagement, retention, and performance.

  • Lead the development and execution of a robust talent acquisition strategy to attract and hire top talent in software development, AI, and digital marketing.
  • Build and manage a high-performing search team.
  • Implement cutting-edge recruitment technologies and processes to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Define and articulate the desired culture, values, and employee experience.
  • Develop and implement training, development, and retention programs that foster a culture of continuous learning, growth, and engagement.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and overall company morale.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive performance management system that aligns individual and team goals with organisational objectives.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform people strategies and decision-making.
  • Track and measure key metrics related to talent acquisition, engagement, retention, and performance.
