This Country HR Generalist will be the first member of the HR team in the Philippines. The role encompasses HR Operations, HR Strategy, and General Affairs, managing everything from inception to execution within the company.

What you'll do:

As a Country Human Resources Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in administering compensation, benefits plans, payroll processing, talent acquisition, conducting employee onboarding, organising training & development initiatives. You will act as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) managing Employee Engagement and culture building.

Your role will involve promoting HR programs to create an efficient, conflict-free workplace. You will assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies while undertaking tasks around performance management. Gathering and analysing data with useful HR metrics such as time to hire and employee turnover rates will be part of your responsibilities. You will organise quarterly and annual employee performance reviews while maintaining employee files and records in electronic and paper form.

  • Act as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), leading initiatives to improve employee engagement, drive cultural development, and address workforce concerns.
  • Administer comprehensive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accurate payroll processing and compliance with local regulations.
  • Assist in the talent acquisition process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding, to secure top talent for the organization.
  • Conduct thorough employee onboarding sessions and coordinate continuous training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Design, promote, and implement HR programs and policies aimed at creating a productive, efficient, and conflict-free workplace environment.
  • Gather and analyze HR metrics, such as time-to-hire and employee turnover rates, to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Organize and facilitate quarterly and annual performance review processes, ensuring timely and constructive feedback for all employees.
  • Support the development, implementation, and enforcement of human resource policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Undertake performance management activities, including setting performance standards, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to employees.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Country Human Resources Generalist role will bring a minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. You will have strong knowledge of labour regulations ensuring compliance at all times. Your proven ability to administer compensation, benefits plans, payroll processing will be essential in this role. Your experience in talent acquisition, recruitment processes, conducting employee onboarding will be highly valued. Your ability to manage Employee Engagement initiatives effectively will set you apart. Experience in promoting HR programs creating an efficient, conflict-free workplace is required. A proven track record in assisting the development and implementation of human resource policies is also necessary.

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry-specific HR practices and challenges.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and conducting comprehensive employee onboarding programs.
  • Extensive knowledge of labor regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring the company's adherence to all legal standards and practices.

  • A solid track record in assisting with the development, implementation, and enforcement of human resource policies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
