Our client is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to be part of the HR team in Cebu. The successful candidate will be instrumental in championing and leading best practice people-related activities and outcomes, setting and communicating the HR strategy and roadmap. What you'll do:
As an HR Business Partner, your role will be pivotal in ensuring that strategic and operational objectives are met through the development and implementation of employee engagement and retention strategies. You will work closely with specialist functions both locally and regionally to meet people-related needs. Your expertise in facilitating behavioural change will be crucial in driving organisational transformation. You will also play a key role in ensuring that diversity and inclusivity are evident across all products and services.
- Champion and lead best practice people related activities and outcomes
- Collaborate with specialist functions locally and regionally to support people related needs and expectations
- Facilitate behavioural change in leaders and employees to drive our people and organisational transformation
- Ensure that all expectations within our annual cycle of activities are achieved, focusing on the employee experience at all times
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to address key topics such as compensation and benefits, organisational design, succession planning, talent and organisational development
- Ensure diversity and inclusivity across our products and services
- Coach and advise others on the effective resolution of a range of employee related challenges
- Leverage data analytics to develop future focused HR activities
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this HR Business Partner role brings a wealth of experience in HR management, particularly in a leadership capacity. Your background includes developing Employee Engagement strategies by driving Culture and Change Management. You have strong leadership skills coupled with excellent communication abilities. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is essential for this role. An advanced understanding of reports, dashboards, business reviews, strategic planning is highly desirable.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in HR management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience in developing Employee Engagement and Strategy by driving Culture and Change Management
- Legal and compliance, Admin/operational excellence background is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (eg. Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Advanced knowledge in reports, dashboards, business review, strategic planning
