This Head of HR roles requires experience as a VP of HR or HR Director from a Healthcare industry.

Our client is seeking a seasoned Head of HR to join their team. This role is integral to the company's strategic growth and organisational effectiveness. As an HR Director, you will have the opportunity to influence across all levels of the company, navigate through ambiguity, and introduce structure and process without derailing current production. You will be responsible for aligning global talent strategy with business priorities to drive results, defining and driving the delivery of talent processes and programmes, and participating in functional leadership teams as a partner to the business.

What you'll do:

As a Head of HR at our client's organisation, your role will be pivotal in shaping their future. You'll work closely with senior leadership to develop effective HR policies that support their strategic growth. Your expertise in areas such as feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organisational development will be invaluable. You'll also play a key role in developing people strategies that enhance organisational effectiveness and employee satisfaction. Leading core HR processes across products will be part of your day-to-day responsibilities. Your ability to analyse various types of employee reports will guide decision-making processes and provide proactive solutions.

  • Analyze diverse employee reports to guide strategic decision-making, proactively identifying trends and providing solutions to enhance employee engagement and retention.

  • Collaborate with the HR team to champion a culture of excellence, ensuring that employees feel engaged, motivated, and inspired to contribute to top business results.

  • Deliver timely information and educational resources to all levels of the organization on HR-related issues, fostering a culture of transparency and understanding.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and practices that align with and support the strategic growth of the business, ensuring they meet organizational goals and legal requirements.

  • Develop and implement people strategies focused on diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction, utilizing feedback and data to inform decisions.

  • Educate, coach, and partner with managers to drive performance management initiatives and support employee development goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Lead core HR processes across various products, including performance calibration, compensation cycles, and promotions, ensuring consistency and fairness in the execution of HR practices.

  • Offer HR expertise in critical areas such as employee feedback, relations, development, coaching, compensation, and organizational development to promote a high-performance culture.

  • Participate actively in the ongoing development and enhancement of HR programs, including recruiting, retention strategies, compensation frameworks, benefits administration, and Learning & Development initiatives.

  • Provide thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategies, guiding execution to enhance overall business performance.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Head of HR role brings a wealth of experience from a healthcare company, preferably from a global entity. You have worked at the VP or Director level, demonstrating your deep understanding of business acumen and ability to work at all levels of the HR stack — strategic, operational, tactical. Your strong influencing skills have allowed you to effectively navigate through ambiguity and set global talent strategies aligned with business priorities. Your experience in defining and driving the delivery of talent processes and programs is crucial for this role.

  • 15+ years of experience in HR advisory, demonstrating a strong track record in strategic HR management and implementation.

  • Demonstrated capability to analyze HR metrics and utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in managing employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development.

  • Extensive experience working as a Vice President of HR or HR Director, showcasing leadership in driving HR initiatives and organizational effectiveness.

  • Preferably possesses a background in the healthcare industry, with experience in a global company to navigate the complexities of international HR practices.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and practices that align with business objectives and enhance organizational performance.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance across various jurisdictions.

  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution, with the ability to drive change and foster a positive work culture.
