Our client is seeking a Digital Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who will utilise data analytics and digital tools to collaborate with business leaders. This role focuses on aligning HR initiatives with the company's digital transformation goals and managing the Tech Transformation BU.

What you'll do:

As a Digital Human Resources Business Partner, your role is pivotal in driving the company's digital transformation. You'll leverage data analytics to make strategic decisions and partner closely with business leaders to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with the company's goals. Your focus will be on enhancing talent acquisition, managing performance, driving employee engagement, and fostering employee development - all through the innovative use of digital platforms and data-driven insights.

  • Enhance talent acquisition by leveraging advanced digital platforms and recruitment technologies.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Digital HRBP role brings a wealth of experience from a similar position within a digitally-focused environment. You have a strong understanding of data analytics and how it can be applied within an HR context. Your experience extends to utilising digital platforms for talent acquisition and performance management. You've demonstrated your ability to drive employee engagement through innovative digital strategies and have a track record of fostering employee development through digital learning platforms. Your excellent interpersonal skills enable you to partner effectively with business leaders.

  • 15+ years of HR experience, including previous roles as a Country HR Manager, VP, or HR Director.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive employee engagement through innovative digital strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to partner effectively with business leaders.
  • Experience in utilizing digital platforms for talent acquisition and performance management.
  • Proven experience in a similar HRBP role within a digitally focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and its application within an HR context.
  • Track record of fostering employee development through digital learning platforms.
  • Willingness to start as an individual contributor.
