  • 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in the F&B or FMCG industry.
  • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience managing HR metrics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Exposure to multinational companies and experience reporting to expatriate leadership is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR systems, databases, and best practices in HR management.
  • People-oriented mindset with strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Willingness to be stationed in Pampanga with a full on-site work arrangement.
