Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team in Ortigas. This role is pivotal in translating business strategies into people strategies, creating HR initiatives that align with overall business requirements and objectives

The successful candidate will partner with Business Leaders and other HR pillars to improve organizational health, design, and effectiveness. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on enhancing employee experience and employer branding.

What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a crucial role in shaping our client's future by translating business strategies into effective people strategies. You will work closely with Business Leaders and other HR pillars to drive improvements in organizational health, design, and effectiveness. Your expertise in implementing performance management systems will be invaluable in this role. You will also have the opportunity to develop talent strategies including workforce planning, succession planning, competency-based learning, among others. Your commitment to enhancing employee experience through various initiatives will contribute significantly to our client's employer branding.

  • Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for HR policies, practices, and guidelines.
  • Counsel and advise stakeholders on complex employee relations (ER) issues to ensure risk mitigation and compliance with local laws and employment regulations.
  • Develop and implement talent strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning, and competency-based learning and development.
  • Evaluate and assess the organizational structure of the assigned business unit to identify opportunities for improved efficiency.
  • Implement, monitor, and evaluate the impact of the organization’s performance management system.
  • Partner with business leaders and other HR pillars to improve organizational health, design, and effectiveness.
  • Recommend, implement, and evaluate HR initiatives such as employee engagement, training, and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize data analytics to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

What you bring:

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), your proven experience in a similar role will be key to your success. You bring a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices, coupled with excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations. Your ability to develop strategy along with leadership skills will be highly valued. Experience with human resources metrics and data analytics is essential, as is your ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Your in-depth knowledge of performance management systems and experience managing complex ER issues will be crucial in this role. Lastly, your exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities will enable you to thrive in this dynamic environment.

  • 5-10 years of experience in HR; experience in a startup is highly preferred.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
  • Experience in managing complex employee relations (ER) issues.
  • Experience with HR metrics, data analytics, and performance management systems.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
