Our client is seeking a dedicated and strategic HR Manager to shape and scale HR strategy within their Global Delivery Centre in the country. This role offers the unique opportunity to blend regulatory compliance, talent acquisition, organisational design, and culture building, all while maintaining a people-first, accessible leadership style. The ideal candidate will bring HR expertise in high-demand IT verticals and excel at fostering both operational excellence and human connection.

What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR strategy within our client's Global Delivery Centre. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading the HR team, ensuring regulatory compliance, executing hiring strategies for niche IT talent, driving organisational design initiatives, designing learning strategies, developing employee engagement programs, facilitating performance management processes, and acting as a trusted leader for all employees. This role requires a strategic mindset coupled with a strong understanding of IT talent market dynamics.

  • Lead and mentor the HR team to deliver consistent, compliant, and people-centric HR services.
  • Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the Philippine Labor Code, DOLE standards, and audit requirements.
  • Represent the organisation in legal and regulatory matters.
  • Build and execute hiring strategies for niche IT talent.
  • Drive organisational design initiatives that optimise delivery effectiveness.
  • Design and execute comprehensive learning and development strategies.
  • Develop creative employee engagement programs.
  • Facilitate performance management processes that reinforce feedback, growth, and accountability.
  • Act as a trusted leader for employees at all levels.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Manager position brings a wealth of experience in the field. With at least 7 years of progressive HR experience under your belt, you have proven your leadership capabilities within the IT services sector. You possess deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws and have demonstrated your ability to acquire talent across complex IT skillsets. Your strategic mindset is complemented by your strong business acumen and excellent understanding of IT talent market dynamics. Above all, your integrity, empathy, and approachability set you apart.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field.
  • At least 7 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Proven HR leadership in the IT services sector.
  • Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong exposure to talent acquisition across complex IT skillsets.
  • HR certifications such as CHRP or SHRM-CP/SCP are a plus.
  • Strategic HR mindset with strong business acumen.
  • Excellent understanding of IT talent market dynamics.
  • High integrity, empathy, approachability.
  • Data-driven analytical skills.
