• Oversee high-volume recruitment processes for healthcare roles
• Collaborate closely with department heads to forecast staffing requirements and maintain a robust talent pipeline that supports business continuity.
• Champion employee relations by nurturing a positive workplace culture focused on retention, engagement, and performance enhancement.
• Manage sensitive employee relations matters including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution with empathy and professionalism.
• Ensure full compliance with labour laws, healthcare regulations (including HIPAA and OSHA), and internal policies across all operational territories.
• Lead audits and maintain meticulous records in accordance with industry standards to mitigate risk and uphold regulatory requirements.
• Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programmes that attract top talent while supporting employee wellness initiatives.
• Drive learning and development efforts by overseeing upskilling programmes, career advancement pathways, leadership development schemes, and succession planning.
