Play a central role in shaping organisational culture and driving impactful performance initiatives across the business, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering a positive workplace environment. Collaborate closely with business leaders and HR teams on change management projects, providing data-driven insights and solutions that support organisational growth and transformation.

  • Work collaboratively with Centres of Excellence to ensure all HR policies and procedures are regularly reviewed, updated, and aligned with best practices.
  • Partner with business leaders across various functions to provide expert guidance on organisational change projects, offering data-driven solutions tailored to evolving business needs.
  • Identify trends within the business using data analysis to highlight areas of success as well as opportunities for improvement, sharing actionable insights with stakeholders.
  • Engage with wider HR teams across different regions to deliver People Plans that enhance current processes through shared learning and collaboration.
  • Deliver an exceptional employee relations experience by balancing commercial objectives with operational requirements while adhering to local employment laws.
  • Support the resolution of employee relations issues by conducting thorough investigations into disciplinaries, grievances, and appeals, providing impartial advice in line with company policies.
  • Manage and support HR team members to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality HR services throughout the organisation.
  • Coach, train, develop, and mentor HR Advisors and Administrators to drive improved performance across the team.
  • Liaise effectively with other functions such as Legal and Finance to ensure joined-up processes and seamless ways of working.
