Our client is seeking an experienced International Mobility Senior Advisor to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a flexible environment where all Communities of Expertise collaborate to deliver the HR strategy and implementation. The successful candidate will have the chance to work with experts from Asia and EMEA, including Shared Services teams and Management teams. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a diverse, creative, and energised team.

What you'll do:

As an International Mobility Senior Advisor, your role will be pivotal in managing STA and LTA for the EMEA region. You'll also handle local/permanent transfers for APAC and EMEA regions. Your expertise in Assignment Pro and Workday will be utilised extensively. You'll perform data analytics and generate reports using Assignment Pro, Workday, and ServiceNow. Providing policy orientation and counselling as well as executing processes will be part of your responsibilities. You'll also play a key role in implementing global projects which include developing guidelines, process transitions, systems implementation, quality assurance, and data fluency. Effective stakeholder management for both internal and external contacts will be crucial.

  • Manage Short Term Assignments (STA) and Long Term Assignments (LTA) for EMEA region
  • Handle local/permanent transfers for APAC and EMEA regions
  • Utilise Assignment Pro and Workday for various tasks
  • Perform data analytics and reporting using Assignment Pro, Workday, and ServiceNow
  • Provide policy orientation and counselling as well as process execution
  • Implement global projects including developing guidelines, process transitions, systems implementation, quality assurance, and data fluency
  • Manage both internal and external stakeholders effectively

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the International Mobility Senior Advisor role will bring a wealth of experience in International Mobility, particularly in managing STA and LTA for the EMEA region. Experience in managing local/permanent transfers for APAC and EMEA regions would be advantageous. You should have more than 4 years of user experience in Assignment Pro and Workday, with architect role experience in Assignment Pro being beneficial. More than 3 years of user experience in ServiceNow as a ticketing tool is necessary. Solid data analytic and reporting skills using Assignment Pro, Workday, and ServiceNow are essential. You should also have policy orientation and counselling experience as well as process execution skills.

  • More than 7 years of International Mobility experience especially in managing STA and LTA for EMEA region
  • Experience in managing local/permanent transfers for APAC and EMEA regions is advantageous
  • More than 4 years of user experience in Assignment Pro and Workday is required
  • Architect role experience in Assignment Pro is beneficial
  • More than 3 years of user experience in ServiceNow as a ticketing tool is necessary
  • Solid data analytic and reporting experience using Assignment Pro, Workday, and ServiceNow is essential
  • Policy orientation and counselling experience as well as process execution skills are needed
